How do I search my PAN number using Aadhaar?
Go to the PAN Number Search page, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and any mobile number, then click Search. Your PAN will be displayed instantly or within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get my e-PAN PDF?
After payment, your e-PAN PDF is usually ready within 30 minutes. In some cases (peak hours or government server delay), it may take up to 24 hours. We guarantee delivery.
What if my PAN is not found?
If your Aadhaar is not linked to any PAN, a "PAN Not Found" message will appear. In this case, instant refund is provided. You can also apply for a new PAN card through our portal.
Is the e-PAN PDF valid as a legal document?
Yes! The e-PAN PDF issued by the Income Tax Department is digitally signed and is equally valid as a physical PAN card — accepted at banks, KYC processes, and all official purposes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Debit/Credit Card, and Net Banking.
How do I track my application status?
Go to the Application Status page and enter your Aadhaar or PAN number. You'll see real-time status of your request and a download button when your PDF is ready.
Can I apply for a new PAN card through this portal?
Yes! You can apply for a New PAN Card, PAN Correction, Reprint/Lost PAN, and Minor to Major PAN update through our portal. Download our app to get started.
How do I get a refund if my PAN is not found?
Refunds are processed instantly for cases where PAN is not found. For other refund queries, please call our helpline at +91 9181637104 during office hours (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM).
